welcomes Ann Geddes as Director of Food Service Sales. Geddes previously was a National Account Manager with Land O'Lakes. Her resume includes long-term relationships with national accounts such as Brinker International, Taco Bueno Restaurant, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, and CKE Restaurants. She was named Vendor of the Year for two consecutive years for CKE Restaurants. She is also a founding member of the Women's Foodservice Forum.

CF Chefs introduces CheezMaxTM, a revolutionary new dairy product! Replacing up to
15-20% of mozzarella cheese on pizzas with a potential of up to 30% savings over current cheese cost. This product is made with whole milk, and has less fat than mozzarella cheese. It is synergistic with cheese, and actually binds with existing cheese to give the appearance of more cheese - while increasing hold time. It has applications in fresh, refrigerated and frozen pizza, and can be custom formulated to meet specific cheese flavor profiles. It can also be utilized in other applications such as enrobed cheese products.

CF Chefs showcased three custom pizza sauces in the recent International Pizza expo held in Las Vegas. We served Philly Cheese Steak, Enchilada, and Spinach Alfredo to hundreds at the show.

Silliker, Inc., recently completed the 2008 audit of our quality systems, manufacturing practices and facility. At the conclusion of the audit, Silliker, Inc. ranked CF Chefs as “excellent”. Our score was 97.5% out of a possible 100%. This gives us the distinction of being awarded the “Gold Certificate of Recognition” for the third year in a row!

November 2007
Sanford Dalton joined our team in November 2007 as General Manager of CF Chefs Ingredients. He brings his experience as Manager of Research and Development at Tyson where he worked in Food Service New Product Developemnt. He also brings 10 years of Retail New Product Development working with ConAgra and Fairmont Foods. He will be focused on the extraordinary ingredients we manufacture, and concentrating on industrial ingredient sales.
