CF Chefs formulates and manufactures sauces and dry gravy mixes, focusing on dairy replacement products and patented roux products.

The SQF (Safe Quality Food) Program is a leading, global food safety and quality certification program and management system designed to meet the needs of buyers and suppliers worldwide.

The Program provides independent certification that CF Chefs complies with international and domestic food safety regulations. This enables suppliers to assure their customers that food has been produced, processed, prepared and handled according to the highest possible standards, at all levels of the supply chain.

Assuring consistent quality and meeting buyer specifications are important aspects of the buyer-supplier relationship. Additionally, project results include improved recall management, reduced waste and a streamlined risk and process management system.

January 2010

Silliker, Inc., recently completed the 2010 audit of our quality systems, manufacturing practices and facility.  At the conclusion of the audit, Silliker, Inc. ranked CF Chefs as “excellent.”  Our score was 98.7% out of a possible 100%.  This gives us the distinction of being awarded an excellence qualification since 2006!

We celebrated our 20th Anniversary on January 23.  All employees and their spouses/guests were invited to Cowboy Stadium at the Miller Light Club. (This is the room the Dallas Cowboys run through as they run out on the field.) Everyone received a tour of the new Stadium, a photographer was present for personal photos, and then we all went out on the field for a group photo.  A program was presented with special guests Kerry Armistead of Grandy’s, Peggy Loftis of CNB Texas, and Bob Kulick of CiCi’s/JMC.  Awards were given for outstanding personnel, and then dinner was served. The evening was filled with excitement with being in the Cowboy Stadium, but the special times we shared with employees and guests celebrating 20 years of excellence was priceless!
