It has sold its patented roux products as an ingredient since 1994. In 2008, the company
expanded its scope of ingredient product offerings to include specialties like Bechemel Sauce,
Asian Soup Base, and several newly developed dairy replacement products, our technical
specialty, through a new Division, CF Chefs Ingredients.
